Powerstride Hockey Techniques Ltd. Was incorporated in 1989 in Canada and the Powerstride trademark is registered in Canada.

Carole Robinson, President and CEO of Powerstride, is a former Canadian Figure Skating Champion and ranked in the top 10 places of 4 World Figure Skating Championships. Over the past 40 plus years of professional coaching, Carole has worked with many players, current and past, in the NHL, AHL, IHL and other minor professional leagues in North America and Europe. In 1995 she was the Technical Advisor to the Canadian Men's Inline Hockey Team which went to the 1st World Championship's in Chicago and won the Silver Medal.

Powerstride operates Power Skating and Hockey Skills Schools for players from 5 years old to the professional level and provides consulting services for many Minor Hockey Organizations and teams.

Lesley Robinson, Director of On-Ice Operations, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Lesley has been coaching professionally for 23 years and is a graduate of the NCAA Women's Coaching Academy. For the past 3 years she has been coaching NCAA Women's Ice Hockey. She is a Certified Master Coach with USA Hockey and an NCCP Intermediate Level Certified Coach in Canada. Lesley has coached many teams (male and female) participating in the USA National Championships.
